Diane & I were trying to figure out why it's been so quiet today, and it finally dawned on me that it's school vacation week. Not having kids, it's not uppermost in my mind.

OK, right after writing that, I had both my desk phone and cell phone ring, and several people in the office needing to speak to me right now. Talk about speaking too soon! It's one of those days where ad copy is missing and nobody told me until an hour before they needed it. Oy vay.

I went down to the park at lunch, and the swans are back! Must go there with the camera soon. The crabapple trees are just about to bloom; another couple of days at most. The maples are bursting with red buds, and the rest of the trees are fringed in pale green. It was beautiful!
