I saw a magnolia tree in bloom this morning! Also a couple of forsythias. I've been seeing daffodils for a few days. And the neighborhood mockingbird has returned. Yay! I love spring.

I went down to Heritage Park at lunch, and all the maple trees are red-tipped. The willows are green-tipped. Aaaaahhhhhhh. Oh, and the fountain is once again spewing water in a lovely circular pattern. Can the swans be far behind?

I suspect that I got the yankee part from saying 'rotary.' One cannot live in Massachusetts and not call them that. There are big signs that say "rotary" whenever you enter one. I used to work five miles from home, and I had to go through four of the damn things on the way. I hate them.
