It was so nice to relax and not have to be anywhere today! It turned out to be quite a nice day, too. I started out going to Costco to pick up my card (that I got through work) but remembered that the number I needed was in my checkbook at home, so I went to Trader Joe's instead. Love Trader Joe's! Got lots of yummy things, including dark chocolate covered raisins, which count as health food in my book (lots of antioxidants!).

I watched some more Greatest American Hero, which is even cheesier than I remembered and I don't think I can watch any more of it. It's better in my memory. Kind of like when I was watching Space 1999 last year; it was so bad! And I loved that show when it was on. What can I say, I was only 15 or so. What 15-year-old has any taste? I also liked Shaun Cassidy back then. 'Nuff said.

I finally connected with the person from the Celtic band that wants to play at the Ren Faire. We've been playing phone/email tag for days. They have another gig later that day, so they can only do one set, but I think they'll be great. They sent me a demo CD. It's way cool being the Entertainment Coordinator! Everybody wants to be my friend. ;)

Next Saturday is the Litha Faire, and the following Sunday is the Ren Faire. After that, I'm good until Pagan Pride Day in October. Ach, and then there's the Samhain Ball, which we haven't even begun to plan yet. Fortunately, we won't be the only ones doing that event. Kristen and her coven are the ones to blame for that one. Thank the gods! I don't think I could survive yet another event. I am strictly support in that one.

I did say I wanted to be involved in the Pagan community, didn't I?
