It's 3:00, and the paper is done. I have nothing left to do. It's the day before a holiday, so calling customers is really not going to be very fruitful.

Sigh...

I finished my Yule shopping today. What's that you say? Yule was last week? Well, I still have friends I haven't seen, and I will be seeing them tomorrow night. How convenient! I hit Home Goods on my lunch break. Lots of purty things! Oh, and they had the cutest little chaise lounges for children, in animal print. OMG, if I'd had one of those as a kid, who knows where I'd be today? Starring on a soap opera, perhaps. Or writing an advice column for Salon. Oh, yes.

I'm hoping for an early release today for good behavior, but I'm not holding my breath. That would be nice, though, wouldn't it?

Oh, and it's going to snow again this weekend.

Kim left about an hour ago, and I'm all by my lonesome. The phone has rung maybe twice, and one person came in to look at invitations. Yeah, I'm bored!

Nancy came out to drop something in the mail, and when she noticed that I was all alone, she sat and talked for a few minutes. That was nice of her! She's a nice person.

In twenty minutes, I will be off for three days. Yippee!
