stone steps going up

It got up to seventy degrees today, but of course (being a lifelong Northeasterner) I wore long sleeves and jeans. And had a jacket tied around my waist. Because it's January, dammit! At least it was cooler in the woods.
I took tons of pictures in Stanley Park, which you can see by clicking the link. Several of them turned out rather well, I think. For some reason, I have a few of staircases; I don't think this has any deep meaning, other than I found them picturesque today. There was some nice ivy clinging to a tree as well.
The park was full of people, many of them students from Westfield State (which happens to be across the street from the park), all enjoying the pleasant day. Except for the bare trees, it could've been late May or early June.
Yeah, it's weird. It could be El Nino, or global warming. But I enjoyed it anyway.
