a walk down memory lane

I'm trying to keep up the cleaning out of the stuff mode, and I got sidetracked by photos. Big surprise! I found an empty album that I've been meaning to fill, so I went ahead and filled it (well, partly) with pix from Vegas, camp, and various & sundry other gatherings. corachaos, email me your address: I found some sweet pix of you & Jack when he was teeny! I also found some pix of the coven, the blood family, and Robin. Man, I still miss him. He was a great cat. There were pix from the tie-dye days we used to have, the covered bridge in Tunbridge that got washed away, and lots of parties. chalkhorse used to throw some great costume parties! I have the pictures to prove it. *g*

It turns out that I've been taking pictures of trees and flowers for a looooong time. The more things change, the more they stay the same!

I went for a very long walk today, ending up at Stanley Park once again. I decided to take a stroll into the wildlife refuge part of it, and went farther into it than I have before. I had no idea how large it is! The path goes along the river for quite a way; far enough to get away from the screaming children and giggling college students. There's lots more to explore, so I'm looking forward to the next nice day so I can venture even farther into it. Click the link to see more pix, including the river monster!
