winter wonderland
Dec. 14th, 2007 10:25 amI ventured out into the snow yesterday afternoon and took a few pix. It was silent and lovely, and still snowing quite hard. This lovely wreath was on the gate at the cemetery next door. I wandered in and snapped a few, and while I did that a nice man was snowblowing the sidewalk, so the walk home was considerably easier. :)
The roads were mostly good this morning, except for a couple of side roads close to work. The parking lot at Starbucks was perfect, though! I treated myself to a peppermint mocha (decaf, of course) for having to dig out my car at 6:30 this morning.
