I seem to have lost all the ambition I had for getting stuff done today. I did manage to go grocery shopping, and was pleasantly surprised to find the store not mobbed, as one would expect with a weather forecast calling for possible ice & snow. Perhaps they're all waiting until tomorrow.

Crazy neighbor woke me up again this morning, this time waiting until after eight to start his crazed ranting. Actually, I think he was singing, but it was a crazed, ranting sort of singing. Just one more entry in the book of You Can't Make This Stuff Up.

My brother will be pleased that Fight Club finally made it to the top of my Netflix queue, and into my mailbox. He's been telling me for at least a year that I have to see this movie. I'm still dubious, but we'll give it a try. I saw The Illusionist the other day, which was interesting, but I think I had it mixed up with The Prestige in my head, because I kept thinking, as the opening credits rolled, Where's Hugh Jackman?

Fight Club is amazing, we watched it this weekend! I had never sen itin its entirety, it is easy to see why it has been so influential..

I have not seen The Illusionist or The Prestige yet but want to see both of them!

Saw Perfume this week, it is incredible...but as it is about a serial killer, you may not like it...but it is beautiful and moving all the same...

Fight Club is one of my favorite movies... and this coming from a person who hates watching violence.

I hate violence too (I refuse to watch Pulp Fiction), but I did like this one. The violence was part of the story, not gratuitously thrown in there.

I have to admit, Pulp Fiction was an excellent film. However, I will never watch it again. If you're like me, watch it with a sensitive person who's seen it before. They can tell you when to leave the room.

I mostly liked Fight Club, but it sort of lost me at the end. I liked the first two-thirds a lot, but about the point where they were recruiting their army, I thought it lost its direction.

You'll like The Illusionist. It's definitely an Art House Chick sort of movie. ;)

I've had Fight Club recommended to me, and I suppose I ought to see it at some point.

The Prestige was great; I also want to see The Illusionist, but I made sure to see The Prestige first.
