I snapped a few photos, of which this is not one. This is the grape hyacinth that I bought yesterday at Trader Joe's, and which is currently brightening my living room. It was only $2.19! Get thee to TJ's and buy some spring. :) Click the link to see the rest of my pix!

Wow, you can really get close to things with that camera.
The rose hips are very crone-ish!
The squirrel prints are a little ghostly.

BTW, this morning, I found some deer hoof prints in our yard (near the Grassy Knoll and compost heap), on of the glossy flat surface of icy snow. They were barely penetrating the snow, and had some lines behind them that would seem to show that the deer had been slipping and skidding around a bit.

Yeah, not too bad, considering it only has 2x magnification. I liked the rose hips a lot, they were really cool. I cropped the squirrel prints quite a bit, and the shadows seem to make them look inverted to me.

A skidding deer... now that I would like to see! (Pictures of Bambi going 'round in my head) ;)
