This evening was our customer appreciation party, which turned out to be a little more fun that I thought it would be. We had a fairly decent turnout, and *lots* of leftovers. We'll be eating meatballs, crabcakes, and cheese for quite a while. Which is fine; I won't have to pack a lunch tomorrow! We also had lots of beer & wine left over, and there were plenty of jokes about typos in next week's edition. It was officially over at 7:00, and I left at around 7:40, after helping pack up the food and making room in the fridge.

My State representative was there, but I didn't speak with him. I had emailed him a while back, when they were taking a vote on gay marriage, and he emailed back saying he couldn't in good conscience vote for it. So I emailed *him* back, saying he would no longer have my vote. And he hasn't. Even though he's run unopposed the last two elections.

I took a bunch of photos, but I'm too tired to deal with them tonight. I'll upload them tomorrow afternoon, while I'm waiting for the classifieds proof.
