The afternoon always seems so much longer when I'm here by myself. *sigh*

At least there's fireworks to look forward to this evening. They're down at Stanley Park, so I can walk. It's so nice not to get stuck in traffic after a fireworks show! I just have to remember a blanket and bug spray. And a jacket. It's been in the 40s when I get up this week! Quite a change from the sauna we had last week. Good sleeping weather.

I printed out my camping list, and it has things like Pettable Clothing and Glitter on it. Hee! I can't believe that I'll be leaving for camp a week from Friday. It doesn't seem like it's been a year already. Time really does go by faster & faster. I have a million things to do before I go, too. Laundry, packing, finding all the odds & ends I need to take, figuring out who has my camp stove... I think (hope)

textiletart has it. Otherwise we're up the creek. We'll have to grill everything. *g*
