I'm ba-ack!

Hello LJ! Oh, how I missed you. I tried voice posting from beautiful downtown Brushwood, but it wouldn't go through, 'though I tried three times. Oh, well.

I had a wonderful time, the weather was mostly nice (a little rain, a couple of chilly nights, but otherwise lovely), I didn't get sunburn, we had Pirate Night after all, we missed the honeys who couldn't make it and saw a few we hadn't seen in a long time, and there will be stories & pictures to come, as soon as I decompress a little and process it all. It was wonderful to be there, and I can't believe it's over already. 51 weeks to go until next year!

If anything important or cool happened while I was gone, let me know! I don't know if I'll be able to read everything. 9 days is a long time in LJ land.

My back is ever so grateful I won't be sleeping on an air mattress tonight. I think next year I'll go back to a foam mattress. My own bed & bathroom are welcome sights. I have a ton of unpacking & laundry to do. I'm glad to be home, but I miss my honeys already!
