perseph12, and don't you know, there's a piece about it on SciFi Wire today. Looks like it's "in development," which means don't hold your breath, it's gonna be a while. I hope they do a good job; it was a cool book (much better than the movie, which I loved when it came out, I mean I was much too young to see it when it came out; but it's kinda cheesy by today's standards).
