Elvis (not)

I sent this link to sea_dark_wine, and it occurred to me that some of you might be interested, too; here is the link to the story about Ray Guillemette, Jr., my Elvis-impersonating customer. It's a good article, and he's an interesting guy.

In person, he doesn't look anything like Elvis, and he's very quiet and low-key. He reminds me a bit of ned_gasket, to tell you the truth, but less gregarious. Really.

One of these days, I really have to catch his show.

One of my friend's husband (and co-worker) used to perform with him on the weekends until "the accident."

Talk about finding the good in every situation. He really is a remarkable guy.

LOL, I just looked at the photo and thought of your reference to G. I am actually in EB tonight. I will have to point G. in the direction of your entry! He will be very amused. : )

It's funny, but when I met him the first time (Ray), I kept trying to think of who he reminded me of, and it finally hit me. :)

I was going to suggest that you & I go to the show, but the tickets are $45! O_O
