Another crappy weather day, but that's OK because I still have nowhere I have to be. I ran out to the store when the snow turned to rain, because I forgot to get tomato soup for my meatloaf, and it turned back to snow just as I got back home. Talk about timing! I believe the afternoon is supposed to be windy & cold, so it's a good day for comfort food.

Speaking of food, how do you tell when bleu cheese goes bad? I mean, it's already moldy...

is it slimy? i recall that being my way of knowing if it had gone bad. 'cause i LOVE bleu cheese.

moldy = good. slimy = bad.
