wicked cool fungus

Glass of red wine + nice long walk + big salad + fresh, local strawberries = much happier LizzieBelle. Plus, I found this wicked cool fungus! I also annoyed the geese, got rained on a teeny bit, and then the sun came out.

The big things in life make me unhappy sometimes, but the little ones make me happy.

I've never seen a fungus like that before, at least not sitting right in the middle of what looks like a lawn. Well spotted :-)

It was right near the sidewalk, under a tree. It took a moment to figure out what it was!
