I found these lovely purple flowers during my evening walk. My neighbors' yard is always full of pretty flowers, and these were right on the corner, up against the chain-link fence, brightening an otherwise drab spot. And now they're brightening up LJ. :)

Those are very pretty! I think a colloquial name for them is "obedient plant" because if you push them one way, they'll stay leaning that way.
