I walked down to Heritage Park at lunchtime, since it was nice & sunny and not too cold out there. Well, it was awfully windy! Fortunately I didn't blow away, and I had to take this picture of the snow where the ice fell off the tree branches. It looks like an alien landscape, covered in craters from tiny meteors. :)

to me it looks like bubbles in foam, like you'd find on the head of a pint of beer, or possibly in a not-too-bubbly bubble-bath.
