microcosm, originally uploaded by Lizzie~Belle.

I bundled up and headed into the woods today, and had a nice long walk. I found lots of cool stuff, enjoyed the serenity of a mostly-deserted woods, and got blown about a bit. I'm feeling too lazy to post a lot of pix, but you can go here to see them all, including funky fungi, fuzzy catkins, and more daffodils.

Right now, I'm roasting the rest of my asparagus for dinner (nom nom!) and settling in to watch Ocean's Twelve on the telly. Yeah, I know, it's the weakest of the three, but it's George. *g*

It's like looking down into a ravine or meadow from the top of a hill, and there's some sort of animal made of mesh down in the meadow, grazing so you can't see its head.

(I used to look at random patterns on curtains, ceilings and rugs and see all kinds of landscapes there... can you tell? :-))

Oh, so did I! I still do, actually. I'm always finding faces, animals, landscapes, etc. in everything from plaster ceilings to patterened fabric. :)
