Life is like a box of crayons

When I was a kid, my favorite crayons were the deep, rich colors like midnight blue, maroon, and pine green. I've always been a fan of color, but now my tastes run more toward bright, jewel tones. Well, except for my wardrobe, which is mostly earthy hues (hey, leopard print is earthy!). I think that's one of the reasons I love flowers so much.
