Tonight is the new moon, and tomorrow Mercury goes direct, so I'm hoping that this signals a turnaround. Things have felt stalled for some time now, and hopefully they'll now slingshot around the sun like the Enterprise and move forward.
Yes, I'm bored. *g*
The editor of our paper just told me that he has no motivation. I told him that it's January. We all feel that way. Well, most of us, around here, anyway.
At least it was a (relatively) nice day, and sunny, even. I got out at lunchtime, and took the above shot of an apple tree in downtown East Longmeadow. This is more of that tree:
Behind it is a baseball diamond, covered in snow.
I slept straight through the night, for the first time in ages. I guess I really was exhausted. My legs, especially the backs of my thighs, are sore and stiff from bending and squatting to bail water last night. Ugh. Ouch.
My bathroom had better be dry when I get home!
