grey, inside & out

After a hot, dry summer, we've had a run of grey drizzly days here in New England, and it's getting to me. I feel as grey as the sky today. I know we need the rain, but it's getting downright depressing.

At least the weather's good for fungus. This ruffled specimen is in the backyard of our office.

I took tomorrow off as my birthday holiday, and of course the forecast is for grey and rain.

That's a really cool shroom! It has mostly been too dry for mushrooms this summer, so it's good to see them now.

I know what you mean about dismalness, though... we had too much back in May/June, so at least for me, it's hard to forget. Hang in there! Thursday better?

It's supposed to be sunny this weekend, and of course there's Conjure Cinema, so there are things to look forward to. :)

Sounds like typical West of Scotland weather! Only we've had that since the end of June.
