Even though it's not particularly warm today, it is sunny, and the wind's not blowing, so I went down to Heritage Park at lunchtime and wandered around with my camera. There's a nice little playground there that has all sorts of interesting colors and shapes.

I'm at the point where I'm pretty much over winter now. I'm tired of being cold, tired of having to dress in layers, tired of having to wear socks and boots. I want warm breezes and flowers, bare toes and dandelions.

I'm also pretty tired of getting my hopes up about something, then having them dashed against the rocks. That's been the story of my life for a few years now, and I want it to stop. Hear that, Universe? It's time to start coming through with your promises. So there. :P
