I got my $20 Amazon gift certificate from the survey place today, so I headed over to Amazon to pick something from my wish list. It was a good day to be getting something for free, since I have no money this week, and I was fretting about that just yesterday. I chose Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, because it will cheer me up to watch it. Yay! I like free. :)

I also got a rose from a customer, who had brought a bunch of them for his artist & web designer, and he thought I was excellent on the phone when he called earlier. :)

You can now download a free copy of Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere here! Woo hoo! You have to read it pretty much right away, though, because after 30 days the PDF goes *poof*. Still, free! Neil Gaiman! It's a good thing.

Baen is offering free e-books on its website. Check 'em out! I especially like the explanation of how they came to offer the free books. :)
