Well, the middle day of my three-day weekend has been pretty much a washout. I was planning to do a hike with some SEF folks today in an old-growth forest, but I woke up in the wee hours with a rumbly tummy that hasn't quite gone away yet. I had meant to call someone to let them know, but I fell asleep while curled up in a ball on my bed from the cramps. Sorry, guys! I hope you had a fabulous time. I hope you took pictures, justjanus!

I'm hoping that I can take at least a short walk this evening. It's such a lovely day. I went out briefly for the Sunday paper, and picked up some melon that was delish and soothing. I wonder if it was something I ate? Stupid digestive system! Always giving me grief. I used to be able to eat anything. :P
