It's been a long afternoon. My coworker left at 1:00 to head to Florida, and she won't be back until next Thursday, so it's going to be a long few days. I hope to have a relaxing weekend; the plans I had for tomorrow have unexpectedly fallen through, and I feel OK about that. I have projects that have been neglected, and of course laundry to do. And Olympic sports to be watched.

I enjoy the winter games more than the summer ones. They're more exciting, more death-defying. More stylish. And, in the case of short-track speed skating, more dizzying.

I had a dream this morning that the (fictional) husband of my (fictional) friend, who was quite wealthy, was ordering me a new computer. I asked him if it could be a laptop. Wishful thinking, much? ;)

In addition to laundry and various projects, I hope to be able to get out and take some pictures this weekend. I need to think of a different place to go; perhaps I'll hit up that cemetery in West Springfield, if it's nice out. Hey, anaquana, are there any big cemeteries in Agawam?
