How's this for cool: they're going to be filming a movie here today! Our editor, Mike, got a call from someone who was looking for a newsroom in which to film, and he came first thing this morning to take a look. Since they're desperate (having had at least two other locations fall through), they took it because they only have their actor for three days. Oh, and the actor is Corbin Bernsen! Yeah, the dude from L.A. Law! I'll try to get pictures!

IMDB says he has three projects currently filming, but other information is scanty at best. A rare failure for the Intertubes. Oh well, just going to have to wait for you to find out and tell us. :-)

That sounds neat! There were a ot of films made in the Northampton area when I lived out there, and sometimes you'd see actors here and there; I met Alec Baldwin on the street one day! There's also some film companies based there, like the one in Florence (Florentine Films).
