The BBC has announced the new Doctor, the youngest ever. It'll be interesting to see how he does, although it'll be more than a year before we find out.

Interesting indeed! And one article I read about him after seeing your link says that he has previously appeared with Billie Piper in a dramatization of a Philip Pullman book, on British TV.

yes, it is. Both film versions of Philip Pullman's Sally Lockheart mysteries have appeared on Masterpiece: Mystery! over the last couple of years.

Oh yeah, thanks! Looks like everybody else has figured that out, too - there's already a long wait for it on Netflix. ;)
