Remember last year, when I said that a writer in PA wanted one of my photos for the cover of his book? Well, the book came today!

Squee!

The original photo is here.

It's self-published, so unlikely to be in your local bookstore, but still. Squee!

I have chocolate cake with which to celebrate, thanks to Joe at Armata's, who is so good to us. :)

Today was much busier than yesterday, and therefore went by much faster. Actually, it was kind of crazy. Sort of a delayed reaction to the full moon, I suppose. Trying to get anybody to do anything was nearly impossible. People who sigh and roll their eyes when I ask them to do something simple that's *their job* to do really make me cranky.

*deep breath*

At least I had a yummy corned beef sandwich and [livejournal.com profile] jimhines' Stepsister Scheme at lunchtime to distract me. (Good book, BTW; it gets the LizzieBelle seal of approval for kick-ass heroines)

I'm still suffering sleep-cycle wonkiness from the time change, and I think I need to go to bed early tonight. It still feels like I'm getting up at 5:00 a.m. I had some weird-ass dreams last night! I'm not sure if it was from extreme tiredness, the full moon, or just my subconscious playing games with me, but I woke up a couple of times thinking, huh???
